When my laptop reaches 10% of its full battery, it shows a popup. However, this
popup does not go away after 5 seconds despite this being set in notification
settings. I have to either manually click the x in the popup, or plug in my
laptop.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reach a battery life of 10%.
2. Have notifications on, with a life of 5 seconds.
3. See that the popup for low battery does not go away on its own.

OBSERVED RESULT
The popup warning of a low battery level does not go away, and must be manually
clicked.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect low battery popups to go away by themselves like other notifications.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.7
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This same bug happens no matter what plasma style I use.
