Bug reproduced with printf

No problem when next char is same color:
printf "\e[1;33m test \xE2\x9C\x94 󰉋 \e[0m test \xE2\x9C\x94 󰉋 missing\n"
Problem reproduced:
printf "\e[1;33m test \xE2\x9C\x94 󰉋\e[0m test \xE2\x9C\x94 󰉋 missing\n"
