SUMMARY
When this happens the cursor is stuck on the border and if i move it elsewhere
upon the end of freeze it jumps to its new position.
Maybe it's related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=453221? But judging
by https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=455780#c14 it's probably not?
