Translucency effect doesn't work as expected. It works on non KDE software
only.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Desktop Behavior -> Desktop Effects -> Enable Translucency effect and go its
settings -> Make Menus more transparent.
Actual Results:
Menus should become transparent
Expected Results:
Only non KDE programs have transparent menus(Firefox, LibreOffice, Maya).
