Reporting bugs is an inherently technical process, I'm afraid--especially for
things like crashes and hangs. There is no way to just "throw it over the
fence" without having to get your hands dirty running terminal commands and
such. Please read

*Arch* documentation, not *KDE* documentation. It's also a wiki, so feel free
to edit it in a way that would have made it easier to understand for you.
As a total stab-in-the-dark, I suspect you're affected by Bug 469005 which is
causing the system to hang when it runs out of memory.
