The backtrace is not informative enough without debug symbols. Either wait till
the current Arch kdevelop package version 23.04.1 gets into Manjaro and make
use of debuginfod
(https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Debugging/Getting_traces#Debuginfod); or
build https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/kdevelop-git after editing the
PKGBUILD to add the line
options=(!strip)
and set
-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo \
