STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I launch Dolphin
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Every time I launch Dolphin I get a Windows pop-up saying that I will 'need a
new app to open this ms-gamingoverlay link'. The pop-up disappears when I click
anywhere on the screen, and then Dolphin works as expected. 

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be no pop-up.
