SUMMARY
After bringing up one of the drop-down information boxes on an item in the
panel (for example, the text description of the date that appears when hovering
over the date box), a faint white flicker will appear on that part of the
panel. This seems to flicker only when the screen is changing. At first I
thought it was when the mouse was moving, but it flickers constantly when an
animated gif is on screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over date widget in panel
2. Move mouse away from date widget in panel
OBSERVED RESULT
There is a white flicker
EXPECTED RESULT
The panel looks as before
