SUMMARY
When attempting to configure notifications per-app in Plasma Settings, NeoChat
is nowhere to be seen. I can configure apps like Discover and Tokodon, or any
other application, but NeoChat is not present. I wish to be able to turn off
Matrix notifications only on this device.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Plasma Settings
2. Navigate to Notifications->Per-app settings
3. Try to find NeoChat
OBSERVED RESULT
NeoChat can have notifications disabled
EXPECTED RESULT
NeoChat is not present
