Sample double entry, and no, I do not have the same book twice in the same or
different directories.

Well, I have a problem where Arianna was showing me up to 3 books with the same
title but different thumbnails and when I tried to manually add the book with
the repeated thumbnail (only the thumbnail was repeated, the book did not even
appear) I have two entries of the same book repeated and no way to delete it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Arianna in a free installation, and let it scan my books.
2. Arianna does not remember last position
3. I don't see any way to delete the added book with a right click submenu or
similar.
OBSERVED RESULT
I have no way to remove the double-entry.
EXPECTED RESULT
Remove this double entry
