KMyMoney from Build 1741 Onwards Doesn't Work on Windows

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download latest build from Pipeline KMyMoney_Nightly_win64
(https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/KMyMoney_Nightly_win64/)
2. Install that build onto a Windows 11 PC
3. When the install finishes, launch KMyMoney.
4. The splash screen appears for a second or two then the program stops
loading.
5. There's no trace of the program running in the Task Manager
