STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right click on app to enter properties
2. In application tab, put some env variables, save, close
OBSERVED RESULT
App will no longer run because If You open properties again, You will notice
first env variable will move to program field and the rest to arguments field.
EXPECTED RESULT
env variables stay in the field and not overwrite the rest of fields.
