STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I don't know why it would cause, this is my first time installing the
software
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
The software is unresponsive and I can't do anything like cancel the download
and then crash back

EXPECTED RESULT
have somebody can tell me how to repair this wrong?
