I can also see that the original bug that I was hoping to solve still exists in the latest version: Welcome to KMail 5.23.1 (23.04.1). All akonadi resources do not come online after resuming from sleep and Kmail always shows this message: "no network connection detected, all network jobs are suspended" Using the akonadiconsole is necessary to check email.
