Output of gdb debugging

SUMMARY

When disconnected from the internet, opening Discover will result in a
segmentation fault.

If Discover has recently opened while connected to the internet, it will not
crash again, even when disconnected. However, given enough time between
opening, this behaviour returns.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn internet off
2. Open Discover

OBSERVED RESULT

Discover crashes

EXPECTED RESULT

Discover displays its cached apps, the same as if it had been loaded online
recently and then reopened when offline.

Note: The crash handler only displayed "The crash information could not be
generated". The attached trace is from running `gdb plasma-discover` and
downloading debug symbols.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.105.0
Qt Version: 5.15.9

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Running a slightly odd kernel (6.2.8-eupnea, from the Depthboot project). I
don't think this would cause an issue(?), but figured it would be polite to
mention.
