Taking screenshot hides then shows Spectacle button in Task Manager
If Spectacle is open then you take a screenshot delay, its entry in Task
Manager is hidden and then shown which causes the whole task manager space to
shrink then spread again, at that moment the screenshot is taken which results
in messy look in Task Manager. See attached image for more info.
