SUMMARY
Un-zooming using Ctrl + mouse scroll seems to go the opposite way. Once zoomed
in and out, it seems to behave afterwards.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dolphin and set view to details mode
2. Now hold down Control key and scroll down to zoom out
OBSERVED RESULT
Rather than zooming out it zooms in. If you choose to zoom in by scrolling up,
in step 2, then the zooming out actually zooms in even more. Something spooky
going on!
EXPECTED RESULT
Zoom the right way, in or out.
