When cutting the icon is unchanged. It have to get greyed out but this doesn't
happen any more.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Cut a file or folder.

OBSERVED RESULT
The the icon is unchanged.
EXPECTED RESULT
The icon/folder should get greyed out.
