I could reproduce this on Arch.
It is, to my eyes, kind-of intended since in the settings of Dolphin there is
one which seems to control exactly this.
I am wondering however what is the rationale behind a *default* of reopening
the tabs of the last process.. can anybody shed some light?
I admit I find this behaviour slightly odd too.
