Sometimes when I try to drag a window from pager between different virtual
desktops, the behind window moves instead of the one that I'm dragging. I also
attached a video.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two windows in virtual desktop 1
2. Move them to virtual desktop 2 by dragging via pager widget
3. go to virtual desktop 2 and again try to drag the window that is *on top*
4. The other window moves instead!
