buttons detach while scrolling
SUMMARY
if you hover over the message buttons and scroll, the buttons will detach from
the message box
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. hover over the message buttons
2. scroll with the mouse wheel
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
the buttons detach from the message's box following the mouse cursor
EXPECTED RESULT
the buttons don't detach from the message's box and disappear because no longer
hovered
