The bug is no longer present in KOrganizer 5.1.3 because the Settings dialog no
longer allows the user to select a time zone. I'd mark this as RESOLVED but
I'm not sure which resolution type to use (FIXED, WORKSFORME, UNMAINTAINED,
INVALID?).
