The bug is no longer present in KOrganizer 5.1.3 because it is no longer
possible to drag ToDo items within the ToDo sidebar. When dragging a ToDo, a
"no" icon is always superimposed while the ToDo is within the sidebar. This
itself is probably a bug (that, or a removed feature) as it is no longer
possible to copy ToDos.
