Show resize handle only when a key is pressed
In kickoff, when I point my mouse pointer on scrollbar the resize handle
appears and distracts the scroll operation, the same happens with many widgets
at the edges, it would be perfect if the resize handle appears only after the
user click on key combination to resize the wanted element, because resizing
launcher or widgets is not continuously wanted but it's done from time to time
and sometimes only once, so there is no need for it to stay always enabled and
distracting the user experience. See attached image for more info.
