Apps are not respecting manual scaling in wayland session***
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Scaling Fcator set to 100 %. Ms edge browser working properly.
2. Scaling factor changed to 125%. Ms edge browser scaled to 200%.
OBSERVED RESULT
Scaling factor of system according to 125% but browser showing factor scaling
similar to 200 %.
EXPECTED RESULT
Scaling factor of system and browser similar i.e. 125%.
This was working previously. Issue seen after update of 25th Apr 23.
