This bug seems to have reappeared some time during the 5.27 cycle. I'm on
5.27.4 now and have been noticing it for a while (wasn't there during early
versions of 5.27 though). I'm on Wayland if that matters.
In addition to affected apps not showing up in the systray, global menu is also
broken for them until restarted.
