Hi,
When i try to open video file including emoji character, the file does not
work.
Examples:
001 ▶️ File 1
002 ⚙️ File 2
P.S: I open these files using VLC and it worked.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Rename any video file like example above
OBSERVED RESULT
The video file does not played
EXPECTED RESULT
I hope these files work on haruna.
