Logs from when Kwin Wayland session froze my GPU

SUMMARY
I do not exactly remember what happened, but when I moved mouse to the
integrated terminal in Kate, my screen froze. I could still heard sounds as I
was listening to a podcast at the same time. After some while there was minor
artifacting in the screen where Kate was, but screen was still frozen. I then
pressed ctrl+alt+backspace to kill the Wayland session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Unfortunately I have no detailed reproducing steps, but it seems to have
something to do with moving mouse between GPU accelerated applications, such as
Terminal and Kate, especially if the other app is embedded inside the other.

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen freezes and minor artifacting occurs.

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen would not freeze.
