The copy of kdiff3 I have is built from the tip of the 1.10 branch which fixes a word wrap related issue involving invalid pointers but your issue seems to come from the code path taken when wordwrap is off. Got "org.kde.kdiff3: Severe Internal Error. line != i for srcSelector= 1 " in termial output and and error message.
