I am using Global Menu 2.0. Some applications I have do not show the
Application Menu on launch.
1) Simply add Global menu to the Application Bar.
2) launch the application (E.g. Chrome). The menu will not show.
3) minimize and then click to display again, the menu shows.
4) Close out of Chrome,
5) Repeat steps 2. the Application Menu does not show.
Here is the list. Looks like they all have something to do with using some Atom
engine.

Sorry I cannot capture screen shot, because as soon as I try using Spectacle,
the Application Menu then will show up.
