Running Kate 16.08.3 on Windows 10,
I open a zsh script file, where the first line says
#!/usr/local/bin/env zsh
I would expect that this is sufficient to turn on zsh syntax colouring.
However, the file is treated as "Normal", i.e. no syntax highlighting.
