STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open widget explorer
2. Click on "Get new Widgets" -> "Install Widget from Local File"
3. Select a plasmoid file
OBSERVED RESULT
It doesn't do anything.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should install the widget.
