With some GTK apps (for example Sublime Text or DBeaver - e.g. those that do
not use CSD) a click on any menu item always opens first submenu.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Sublime Text
2. Click "View" submenu
OBSERVED RESULT
"File" as first submenu is opened
EXPECTED RESULT
"View" submenu should be opened

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I would make a video, but on X11 this works fine and I couldn't find working
app on Wayland to record a region on desktop.
