Why not just "/Archives Photos" only?" 125,000 photos are stored on a 3TB hard drive. It is faster to refresh separate collections when adding new photos to the database. In addition, Parents / Children selections and filters take less time on collections than on the entire catalog of more than 125,000 photos.
