Please report open a bug for okular giving thim this Merge Request (MR) as
reference: https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/-/merge_requests/529
This will pave the way to standardize this fix to more applications supporting
mono-instances mode.
Unfortunately my fix will work only on X11 for now.
