you're kind of right. 'Resolved' is kind of silly, sorry to say. If you wanted
it closed, it could only go as 'Verified' and 'Won't fix'.
"Desktop Icons sometimes get scrambled on plasmashell startup" is neither
'fixed' nor 'resolved'.
