I have upgraded the Kate snap to the latest. Since then I cannot run custom
scripts on the built in konsole.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Try to start any of a number of apps from within Konsole (in kate).
e.g. type in the Konsole
inkscape
gimp
latex
htop
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT
Something happens.
In the previous version of the snap I could run custom scripts and start other
apps from kate.
