Export dialog at default and expanded widths
SUMMARY
When you open the dialog box to export an account to a QIF file, the account
selection dropdown is a fixed width that does not display the full name of the
accounts in the list. Resizing the dialog box (increasing the width) extends
the width of the "QIF Profile" selection but the width of the "Account to
export" selection remains fixed. Hovering the mouse pointer over an item in
the list does not display a tooltip with the full name of the item.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the "QIF Export" dialog by selecting "File" > "Export" > "QIF..." from
the menu bar on the main screen.
2. Increase the width of the "QIF Export" dialog by dragging the left or right
edge of the dialog box.

OBSERVED RESULT
The width of the "Account to export" selection remains fixed.
The width of the "QIF Profile" selection expands to fill the width of the
dialog box.
EXPECTED RESULT
The width of the "Account to export" and "QIF Profile" selections expand
proportionally to the width of the dialog box.
