logind has different paths for sessions it considers "active" or not.
If you run:
"loginctl list-sessions"
loginctl show-session X (where X is the relevant session) we should see an
"active" entry.
Also output of:
qdbus --system org.freedesktop.login1 /org/freedesktop/login1
org.freedesktop.login1.Manager.CanPowerOff
from within the session
