            Bug ID: 467744
Summary: Tasks are highlighted even if the mouse is no longer
                    hovering on them
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.27.3
          Platform: Neon
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: NOR
Component: Task Manager and Icons-Only Task Manager
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: sephiroth...@hotmail.it
  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY
Some tasks are randomly highlighted (so the icons appear lighter) as if the
mouse were hovering on them, even though it is not. This appears to happen
entirely randomly, with some tasks being highlighted even if the mouse didn't
even come close to them. I haven't been able to find a way to reliably
reproduce this, but it happens constantly and on multiple machines. The only
way for this to stop is to actually hover the cursor on the task and then move
it away.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. ?

OBSERVED RESULT
Some tasks are randomly highlighted as if the mouse were hovering on them.

EXPECTED RESULT
Tasks are only highlighted when the mouse is actually hovering on them.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
