I tried it some time ago and had the problem, that I didn't found all related
configs. I've removed plasmashellrc and some plasma-related files in .config
and .local/share made plasma forget the size of the panels, but not the overall
arrangement.
What do I need to reset, to start with a clean plasmashell but keeping the rest
of KDE like it is, so I can test in the usual environment that causes the
problems for me?
