This happens because Elisa uses built-in NOCASE sqlite collation method. It's
incompatible with internatonal text.
Could be solved by defining a new custom sqlite collator
(https://www.sqlite.org/c3ref/create_collation.html) and shoving the
locale-aware Qt collator into that.
