STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Spectacle 23.04 beta by pressing printscreen key
2. click on "Show annotation tools" button on top
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
crop feature is no longer available
EXPECTED RESULT
we can crop the screenshot
