Plasma also freezes while KEmulator's window is vibrating

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download KEmulator from https://archive.org/details/KEmulator103 (md5:
eefaa521a919f203a87169e1342934f7)
2. Run KEmulator.exe with Wine
3. Go to "View" and select "Keypad"
4. Move KEmulator's windows until Plasma crashes
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasmashell freezes and restarts after moving KEmulator window for awhile
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasmasheel should keep stable and working normally while KEmulator moves
keypad window without problems

Tested on Wayland. Plasma freezes when KEmulator is vibrating on X11 too, but i
haven't tested it again on X11 for awhile. Keypad's window wasn't moving last
time i tested on X11.
