Sorry this is happening. I have some questions to help get to the bottom of it:
1. How many screens do you have and how are they physically connected?
2. Are you using the X11 or Wayland session? Does it happen in both session
types, or only one?
3. If you restart plasmashell by running `systemctl restart --user
plasma-plasmashell.service` in a terminal window, is the old positioning
restored?
