As a workaround, you can run BlueZ's mpris-proxy utility, and (as of KDE
5.27.3) Bluetooth media info will show up in the Media Player widget. Keyboard
media hotkeys will also work. I have it set up as a systemd service, so I don't
have to run it manually.
