SUMMARY
At the moment the Preview plugin is not really usable
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a md document longer than one page
2. Write something, enable auto reload in the preview plugin
3. try to scroll down in the preview and edit the document
OBSERVED RESULT
The preview plugin blinks constantly, which is horrible (epileptic typiiiing)
Also when you edit something, it skips to the first page. When I delete that
text again, it skips to where I was again, really weird.
EXPECTED RESULT
Somehow load the diff instead of the whole document, or maybe load invisible
and only make the new document visible when when its loaded, blending the old
and the new one together, instead of OLD->nothing->NEW (blinking)
Skip to the current page on the preview.
