STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Effects pane
2. Notice strange display of the names of effects
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
In the names of effects, some letters are replaced by spaces, as in the
screenshot that I uploaded.
EXPECTED RESULT
Effect names would appear properly, as in the Stable release.
