SUMMARY
when the user changes the appearance of the cursor, the cursor appearance has a
bug when the user moves in the miniature. appear the plasma cursor default.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. change the cursor in the settings
2. reboot the system
3. open any program
4. on the task, put the cursor on the icon the program open and wait the
miniature to appear, move the cursor in the miniature
5. the cursor appearance has a bug
