i checked ressources of opensuse leap and found a newer version of KDE Plasma,
see beneath and updated version above.
It changed something: no crash reporting is popping up any more, but still the
function is crashing plasma, always reloading instead of making edit possible.
maybe the crashandler was uninstalled due to dependencies, but problem is still
there. maybe wanna check further? how could i give more information?
